The first book I ever read was Gerald’s Game by Stephen King, so you get the idea, but I fell in love with Kathleen Woodiwiss when she wrote The Flame and the Flower.
I want to bring both worlds and write dark books but write them darker. If you have read the books in My Prey Series, you will understand. The genres and subgenres will be Gothic/dark romance/horror/psychological thrillers. I did this so I wouldn’t break the promise to my loyal readers and cause confusion when I release books; even though I always add a trigger warning but want to maintain a safe reading environment for all my loyal readers and will keep writing steamy romances like Until Her/Until Now and mafia under Carmen Rosales.
